Born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. After graduating from Dhaka College, came to Japan as a MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) scholarship student. Earned Ph.D. in Computer Science and Communications Engineering from Kyushu University. Acquired Japanese citizenship through naturalization in 2016.
From 2006 to 2010, served as researcher and assistant professor at Kyushu University, conducting research on authentication system security improvements. Recognized the importance of digital identity approximately 20 years ago. From 2010 to 2011, engaged in network analysis and evaluation software development at a US-based startup.
From 2012 to 2018, worked on the application and deployment of US-based MathWorks products, handling predictive optimization, data analytics, and AI model design for automotive, financial, and university sectors. From 2019 to 2023, participated in national projects and central government initiatives as a consultant at InfoCom Research, Inc. (NTT's direct think tank), while simultaneously engaging in DX promotion and advisory activities in collaboration with Seiko Electric Co., Ltd.
Founded ADHVAN Inc. in 2021 and became Representative Director and President in August 2023. As ADHVAN's project initiatives, promotes municipal DX. Oversees eKYC using MyNumber cards and driver's licenses, application development, and cloud infrastructure construction and operations.
